I just finished reading back in your blog, and I'm finding it motivational.
We've just passed the 1 year mark on our gut reno and trying like heck to get into it (as in living in it, not the reno). We don't have a lick of trim up yet, but at least we passed our lead clearance test.
You've made such nice progress. you should be proud.
